We do have showrooms and brick-and-mortar locations, but unfortunately, none are currently located within the United States. However, we offer a unique online experience! You can schedule a virtual appointment with our staff, who will provide a guided tour and detailed explanation of our products.

I need assembly instructions for my furniture. Where can I get them?

For the majority of our fabric products, detailed care instructions can be found in the fabric details section. Are grado products pet-friendly?
grado offers many durable and easy-to-clean three-proof (waterproof, dustproof, and anti-fouling) fabrics, designed to make living with pets more convenient. Since 2023, we have also focused more on the pet sector, designing professional pet furniture to ensure you and your pets enjoy a comfortable living space.

Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Standard items can be returned for a refund within 30 days. However, due to the unique nature of some products, their large size, or the need for special ordering, we do not accept returns. For more information, please refer to the following link: Refund Policy
Can I cancel my order? If so, how?
Orders for in-stock items can be canceled within 24 hours or before the items are packaged in our warehouse. Once packaged, orders cannot be canceled. Customized items, such as our cushioned chairs and sofas, cannot be canceled once production begins.
