Q: Where do you ship?
A: We ship our furniture worldwide.
Please note we cannot ship furniture to a PO box. If a furniture order is placed going to a PO box, our customer support team will reach out for an alternative address.
Q: How long will it take to get my order?
A: Delivery times vary depending on your location.
West Coast (U.S.): Approximately 20–35 days
East Coast (U.S.): Approximately 30–50 days
Other regions: Approximately 25–60 days
If your item is not currently in stock, please allow an additional 25 days for production before shipment.
Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: We offer free shipping on orders of $500 or more.
For orders below $500, shipping fees are as follows:
Orders under $100: $25 shipping fee
Orders from $100 to $499.99: $35 shipping fee
Q: Do I need to pay import duties or customs fees?
A: No. The price shown on our website is the final price you'll pay. There are no additional import duties, customs fees, or hidden charges for your order.

Q: Can I change or cancle my order?
A: As long as the order has not been shipped out from our warehouse, it can be modified!

Q: Can I customize grado furniture?
A: Yes. We offer customization services for selected products.
Please note that customized furniture typically requires a longer production time and may be priced higher than our standard collections.

Q: I'm not sure which fabric is right for me. Can I order fabric swatches?
A: Of course! You can order our fabric swatches. A $25 fee covers the shipping cost of the fabric swatches only. When you place your next furniture order with us, we will deduct the $25 fee from your purchase total.
Return &Refund
Q: Can I return my order?
A: We want you to be completely satisfied with your grado furniture. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in its original packaging and in its original condition.
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs for reasons other than product defects or quality issues caused by grado.
Q: What do I do if my order arrives damaged?
A: We ask you to inspect the product(s) within 7 days of delivery and let us know if anything is missing or damaged in transit. Kindly document the damage to the product and packaging, preferably in the presence of the carrier, so that we can fairly consider your compensation. Depending on the product and your preference, we will repair or replace your product.
