Where Do We Ship To?

We now offer global shipping with a 10% delivery fee applied to orders worldwide. The specific delivery fee may vary by 1-2% based on the product's weight. Your merchandise will be delivered to your doorstep. Placing it in a room of your choice might incur additional costs.

When Will My Order Ship?

Generally, our orders ship from our warehouse within 1~3 business days and are delivered on weekdays through our professional network of delivery partners.

Delivery Times

Our standard delivery times are 2-4 weeks for board furniture and 6-8 weeks for upholstery furniture. (All items in your order will be delivered simultaneously unless otherwise stated).

Tracking Your Order

You will receive an email notification when your order has been shipped, along with a tracking number (which will be active within 24 hours). Please note that during special events or holidays, this process may take longer. Tracking information may take 48 to 72 hours to update. If you encounter any difficulties tracking your package, please contact us, and we will resolve the issue within 48 hours.

About Taxes

In rare cases, your government may charge customs fees for your orders, which are not under our control. You will be responsible for these charges. Grado does not provide assembly services for our products. They are designed to be assembled by customers, allowing you to save on costs. Assembly instructions for each item are available for download on Grado's Shopify product page.
